"I have an Eos that I wanted the transmission fluid changed. The owner is very thorough and explained to me the maintenance he had done and maintenance that might be required in the future. He was able to access the vehicles service records via Volkswagen which was very helpful. The services were expensive but I suppose that would be the case no matter where you went."
